Our wheelchair-accessible vehicles and trained transport teams provide non-emergency, door-to-door service Monday – Saturday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM for patients and residents who use a wheelchair—whether it’s a one-time appointment or a recurring treatment schedule.

What to Expect on the Day of Transport
- Bed-to-Vehicle or Door-to-Door Assistance
We coordinate with staff or family to meet the patient at their room, residence door, or facility unit.
- Securement & Safety Check
The chair is positioned via ramp or lift and secured using a multi-point restraint system; patient seatbelts are always used.
- Comfortable Ride
Professional driving, courteous communication, and route planning that respects appointment times.
- Arrival Handoff
We escort the patient to check-in or bedside per facility preference and document the handoff.
- Return Trip (if scheduled)
We confirm pickup timing and bring the patient safely back to the originating location.
